Printable FAQs

What is the difference between the PDF and JPG files?

If you'd like to print to your home printer, you should use the PDF file.  The PDF file is an 8.5" x 11" page with a 250 dpi 8" x 10" image of the artwork on it.

If you will have your artwork printed at a photo developing service such as Snapfish, Shutterfly or your local photo developer, you will want to use the JPG file. The JPG file is a 250 dpi 8" x 10" (2000 x 2500 pixel) image of the artwork, which can be printed in sizes up to 16" x 20".

If you'd like a larger sized print, you can order a large variety of sizes professionally printed via my Zazzle store.

I placed my order and got a payment confirmation from Paypal, but I have not received access to my download links.  What should I do?
