Signs for Every Home Closing

Signs by Andrea come in a variety of styles so you can find the perfect gift for any closing. Here are several different types of signs to help you choose a personal gift for your clients:

1 ) FOR THE HOME (with Address Overlay)

My Last Name Sign with added options such as a street name paper overlay and the "established" date is by far my most  popular combination for closing gifts.  Personalized just for them, it makes a fantastic commemorative piece of artwork for your client's new home.

Wood Sign Housewarming Gift - Last Name and Street Name Overlay

Available in 2ft and 3ft lengths and several color options.

2) FOR THE FAMILY

Focusing on the family, this gift will remain a treasured piece of artwork in every home they own!  The 3ft Family Name Sign is a simple and chic choice for names 7-11 characters long.   Available in black, white, brown and red.

Add an optional paper overlay to any Last Name Sign including all the family members' names to personalize it even further.

Red Family Name Sign with First Names Paper Overlay

A slightly shorter version is the 2ft Family Name Sign which is great for names under 7 characters long and is a perfect fit over a window or doorway in your client's new home.

3) FOR FIRST-TIME HOMEOWNERS

A Home Sweet Home Sign is a classic gift for first-time homeowners, single clients or families of any kind!  You can choose to personalize it by adding the established date and/or a paper overlay of their street address or family name.

4) FOR NON-MARRIED CLIENTS or MULTIPLE LAST NAMES

Sometimes a family name isn't quite right.  Instead, how about a Welcome Sign featuring thier new street name or the family members first names as an overlay?

Established Date Tip: Agents often ask me what year to use as the established date year--their closing date or their wedding date?  My recommendation is that if you're making the sign HOME-specific by adding the street address or city and state as the overlay, use their move-in date as the established date on the sign.  If the sign is FAMILY-specific including only their last name and first names as an overlay, then the established date should probably be their wedding anniversary date.  When in doubt -- you can always leave the date out!

Still not sure what to order? Just ask and I'll be happy to consult with you and help you choose the perfect signs for your clients. Don't forget: agents receive a special discount on my signs. If you have yet to order or have forgotten your code, please email me for your discount code.

Thank you Andrea! All my clients love their signs!
